Designed for rest, this apartment offers two spacious and functional bedrooms. The main one has a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet and Smart TV. The second includes two double beds, full bathroom, built-in closet and Smart TV. With clean sheets, towels, extra blankets, amenities and hair dryer, everything is ready for your convenience.
Social areas
The space offers a living room with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, a dining room for six and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and utensils. The balcony with outdoor furniture is ideal for resting. In addition, it has air conditioning, WiFi, laundry center, safe and optional cleaning for a practical and pleasant stay.

- Government-issued photo identification required.
Payment
- Pay a 50% down payment when booking and the remaining 50% at check-in
- A refundable deposit will be requested.
- The minimum reservation is 3 nights.
- Moderate power consumption is included.
- The rate includes a cleaning service in one week stays and a 20-litre drinking water jug.

- Check-in: 3:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Early Check In and Late Check Out are possible as long as there is no conflict with other reservations.
Long Stays
- We offer monthly discounts on minimum stays of 28 nights or more.
- Electricity consumption is not included in this rate, a photo of the meter is captured at the beginning of your stay and another at the end to calculate the amount which must be paid at the time of the check-out.
Additional Notes
- Daily cleaning is not included, in 1 week stays an intermediate cleaning is included. Additional cleaning services are offered for an extra cost.
- We provide a welcome basket with bathroom and cleaning items to start your stay.
- Beach and bath towels are provided in each room for each guest.
- A baby cot and equipment are available upon request and subject to availability. (Some items may have an extra fee).
