User requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Government-issued photo identification required.
Payment
- Pay a 50% down payment when booking and the remaining 50% at check-in
- A refundable deposit will be requested.
- The minimum reservation is 3 nights.
- Moderate power consumption is included.
- The rate includes a cleaning service in one week stays and a 20-litre drinking water jug.

- Check-in: 3:00 pm
- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Early Check In and Late Check Out are possible as long as there is no conflict with other reservations.
Long Stays
- We offer monthly discounts on minimum stays of 28 nights or more.
- Electricity consumption is not included in this rate, a photo of the meter is captured at the beginning of your stay and another at the end to calculate the amount which must be paid at the time of the check-out.
Additional Notes
- Daily cleaning is not included, in 1 week stays an intermediate cleaning is included. Additional cleaning services are offered for an extra cost.
- We provide a welcome basket with bathroom and cleaning items to start your stay.
- Beach and bath towels are provided in each room for each guest.
- A baby cot and equipment are available upon request and subject to availability. (Some items may have an extra fee).
